This website is operated by Lovebakesby K. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lovebakesby K.

Lovebakesby K offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY & SELF COLLECTION TERMS
Baking orders will be sent out between 3-5 working days after confirmation has been given using third party delivery service.

Delivery charges quoted by third party service ranging from $8-$12 per delivery location varies on distance. 

Self collection will be free from 714 Clementi West Street 2, Singapore 120714. 

Confirmation order will be issued out to the customer in advance. 

SECTION 2 - LOCAL DELIVERY LOCATION Islandwide delivery available excluding Jurong Island, Sentosa and Changi Cargo Complex.

SECTION 3 - CHANGES IN DELIVERY APPOINTMENT
Subject to change if there is any changes from third party or unforeseen circumstances will be updated to customer accordingly.

SECTION 3 - RECEIVING OF GOODS
Baking goods will be delivered to the address provided via contactless delivery or receival in person with photo and/or video taken as proof of delivery completed to the customer.

SECTION 4 - DAMAGE, MISSING OF GOODS
All baking goods are correct and in good condition before handling it over to third party delivery service to the customer.

In an event where the goods received are damaged, broken or missing, please inform us immediately via phone number +65 89228916 with the photo and/or videos as evidence taken inmediately when received.
